Set Menu

The Set Menu provides a gourmet meal for 6 to 12 guests, served by the chef himself in the intimate setting of La Réserve wine cellar.
Pre-dinner drinks and tapas are served in the pre-cellar, ensuring a friendly, sociable gathering. The meal is then served at the large communal table amid the region’s finest wines and the greatest vintages of all wine-producing areas. When making your reservation, you will talk to the chef in person and together create a customised menu for you to share with your guests!
